Fleet Development Program

Welcome to our fleet development program. Our goal is to help drivers grow from solo or team driving to fleet ownership. We give you the opportunity to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Our program is turnkey. You provide the truck and we do the rest. You can operate under our authority, get covered under our insurance and we keep the truck moving and earning.

For drivers who do not currently have their own truck, our program is a 3 step process:

1) We get you driving and earning in one of our affiliate trucks. During this time we work with you on building your credit and creating a truck ownership bankroll. Step 1 usually takes 3 to 6 months.
2) We help you secure your first truck. This means helping with the down-payment and securing the financing.
3) From owner operator to fleet owner.With proper execution on steps 1 and 2, you will now be ready for step 3. There are many factors to step 3 that we will be helping you to navigate:
- 3a) Recruiting and hiring drivers. We have a dedicated recruiting team that never stops developing solo and team drivers. It is vital that your expectations and the drivers expectations are in sync. Our drivers are background checked, drug tested regularly, and driving record verified. Our driver development team focuses entirely on matching the right driver with your equipment.
- 3b) Logistics, Our “load connect” team does one thing and one thing only, keep your truck moving and earning.
- 3c) Maintenance and repair. We have our own shop to help keep your truck up and running at a fraction of the cost.
